Huawei is adopting the same style it used this year for the Huawei P30 series – a flat display for the standard model and a curved display for the Pro. The Huawei P40’s screen is put at between 6.1” and 6.2” and should, of course, be an AMOLED display panel. The renders do not show if it has a notch or punch hole neither is there any mention of a pop-up selfie camera.
There is a USB Type-C port at the bottom of the Huawei P40 along with a speaker griller on the right and a SIM tray on the left.
The Huawei P40 welcomes trending camera design i.e rectangular camera. There are four cameras inside.
Huawei P40 Pro:
The display is said to be 6.5-inches in size with a QHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a screen-to-body ratio of 98% and it will arrive with curved display. The Huawei P40 Pro has a USB Type-C port at the bottom by the SIM tray and speaker griller and also has no audio jack.
Huawei P40 Pro camera rumored to get 64MP Sony IMX686 sensor paired with a 12MP periscope telephoto camera, a 20MP ultrawide angle camera, a macro camera, and a ToF sensor. About the battery concern it will arrive with 5500mAh battery with support for 50W SuperCharge wired charging.
Note:
- Both devices wil run Android 10 based on EMUI 10.
- Huawei will use Kirin 990 5G chipset on both devices.
