Huawei and BAIC Blue Valley subsidiary signed agreement to jointly build ARCFOX and HI co-brands
According to the latest information, BAIC Blue Valley announced today that BAIC New Energy and Huawei have signed a comprehensive business deepening cooperation agreement to jointly create the “ARCFOX” and “HI” co-brands.

On the basis of the signed agreement, Beijing New Energy, a subsidiary of BAIC Blue Valley Automobile Co., Ltd. and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. signed the “Comprehensive Business Deepening Cooperation Agreement” in Beijing on September 26, 2021, which is applicable to all co-branded products of the two parties.
The main content of the framework cooperation agreement
1. Improve the cooperation management mechanism
Optimize the operating mechanism of the “1873 Davidson Innovation Laboratory” organizational structure, functional authority, etc., formulate the joint laboratory charter, and coordinate the management, planning and operation of the joint brand.
2. Strengthen product research and development cooperation
The two parties further strengthened the product development of the entire series of co-branded co-branded models, and formed a joint operation mechanism suitable for the development of co-branded products.

3. Implement joint brand marketing
Based on the HBT project products jointly developed, the two parties jointly created the “ARCFOX” and “HI” co-brands.

They plan to realize the first Huawei inside smart jointly released by the two parties on April 17, 2021 in Shanghai by the end of 2021.
