Huawei has started rolling out the EMUI 14 beta update for the P50 Pro smartphone users in Europe. As per the update changelog, the latest update is rolling out with the version JAD-LX9-14.0.0.136.

The Art Star theme allows you to choose a portrait photo you like with a matching background. The poster design features a magazine-like layout, mixing and matching colors and patterns. The Headline theme provides six fonts to customize the clock on the lock screen. Each of these themes allows you to extract colors from the background to create matching app icons.
INTERACTIVE DESIGNS
The emoji theme animates your screen background with interactive effects.
There is an immersive weather background that changes depending on the current weather and the phone’s angle of view.
MAXIMIZE PRODUCTIVITY AND EFFICIENCY
LIVE VIEW
Keeps you updated on the status of important appointments by displaying timely notifications on the lock screen, home screen, and more. You will also find a fixed notification window at the top left of the home screen. Tap this window for more details.
SUPERHUB
Supports dragging and dropping content between apps and devices. You can press and hold the recognized texts and images, drag and drop them into SuperHub, where they can be temporarily saved or sent in batches.

This update will not delete your personal information. However, it is recommended to back up important data before updating
Some third-party apps that are not compatible with EMUI 14 may not work properly after updating. It is recommended that you update these apps to the latest version in the App Store
The update package will be automatically deleted after the update is complete.
If you encounter problems updating, call Huawei’s customer hotline or visit a Huawei customer service center.
The home screen layout may be slightly changed
The system version can be rolled back to the official version EMUI 13 via HiSuite. If you roll back the version, all your user data will be deleted. Back up your data in advance.

Huawei releases 10G campus solution based on Wi-Fi 7
At today’s 2024 Aerospace Information Industry International Ecosystem Conference, Yu Chengdong, Huawei’s Executive Director, Chairman of the Terminal BG, and Chairman of the Intelligent Automotive Solutions BU, delivered a speech.
Yu Chengdong pointed out that in recent years, Huawei has taken the lead in using Beidou’s high-precision positioning technology, continuously promoted application innovation, enhanced the competitiveness of satellite communications, and actively explored the creation of future communications in which “space-ground integration and never lost connection” . In the future, Huawei will focus on large-scale commercial use, continue to break through key technologies, and build a seamless three-dimensional super connection based on satellite Internet .
Yu Chengdong also said: “Huawei is the first to support Beidou high-precision positioning and Beidou messaging. China’s 5G is developing rapidly. This year, China has entered the 5.5G era.
