Huawei Mate 50 Series units in China started grabbing the August 2022 security update based on HarmonyOS. The latest update arrives as 2.0.0.273.

The European users of the Huawei Mate 40 Pro can now install the current month’s patch security patch update. The new firmware update for the Mate 40 Pro only contains the August 2022 security patch and it is rolling out with the new build number EMUI 12.0.0.268.
There are no other changes apart from the current Android security patch for August 2022.
