EMUI 11.0.0.156: Huawei P40 Series new EMUI 11 beta update optimizes the experience of smart screen recognition

At HDC (Huawei Developer Conference) 2020 Huawei has officially introduced its new Emotion UI – EMUI 11 with a bunch of new features including the new smart Always on Display, EOD (Eyes on display) multi-window mode, improved animations, better multi-screen collaboration, and more.

Since then, the company has started distributing EMUI 11 beta update in batches and the first update was went live for the Huawei P40, P40 Pro, P40 Pro+, Mate 30, Mate 30 5G, Mate 30 Pro, Mate 30 Pro 5G, Mate 30 RS Porsche Design, MatePad Pro, and the MatePad Pro 5G devices.

The last EMUI 11 beta update for Huawei P40 Series brought the new AI Air Gestures and Starry Night theme. Now, Huawei has sending a new update with the latest software version 11.0.0.156 and push to the first batch of users who have successfully registered for the EMUI 11.0 internal test.
