First EMUI 10.1.0.114 update for Huawei P40 Pro brings Golden Snap feature and more
Huawei P40 Pro receiving the first EMUI 10.1 update (Day-One-Patch) with version number 10.1.0.114 (C432E8R4P1). The latest update added the HUAWEI Golden Snap feature, Sound Booster feature, March 2020 security patch and more. The P40 Pro latest software update size is 275 MB.
The features are previously missing in the review unit. Once you receive the P40 series smartphones you will get this feature from the first day.

This update adds the HUAWEI Golden Snap function to the camera as well as the Sound Booster and Find my phone functions.

Adds the HUAWEI Golden Snap function, which allows you to capture certain moments, take moving pictures (moments), reduce reflections and remove passers-by. Tap the shutter button to take and edit moments to take photos with different effects.
Improves the sharpness of videos recorded from a distance or in dark environments.
Optimizes the anti-blur function of the camera and improves the recording experience during video recordings.

Adds the Sound Booster function so that you can hear your surroundings better. This feature turns your phone into a remote microphone that streams sound to your Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
Adds the Find my phone option, which allows you to search for and protect your lost or stolen Huawei devices.

In the Europe market, the Huawei P30 Lite smartphone users are now grabbing the new software update based on EMUI 10. The latest update comes with the build number EMUI 10.0.0.562 and it brings April 2022 security patch update.
