Google Android 14 DP1 released

Google has officially released the first Android 14 developer preview for Pixel smartphones. According to the information, the Android 14 is available for eight Google Pixel devices via 9to5Google.

The company has also released the schedule of the Android 14 stable release. As per the image below, the stable Android 14 or official version will arrive as same as Android 13 that means somewhere in August 2023. As of February 2023, Google is making Android 14 available to the following devices:

• Pixel 5
• Pixel 5a
• Pixel 6
• Pixel 6 Pro
• Pixel 6a
• Pixel 7
• Pixel 7 Pro

1. Download the needed files
2. Boot into Recovery mode
3. Navigate to ADB sideload
4. Connect the handset to a computer with ADB tools installed
5. Enter the sideload command
6. Reboot your phone
