Honor as an independent brand launched its first device the Honor V40 on January 22, 2021. The new family member in Honor’s portfolio comes with a 6.72-inch waterfall display that gets an 80-degree super large curvature, 120Hz screen refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and more.
The Honor V40 5G also received the industry’s first TUV Rheinland global eye protection certification 2.0. The smartphone with 8GB RAM up to 128GB priced at 3599 yuan while the 256GB storage variant priced at 3999 yuan.
Buyers of Honor V40 5G will get a triple rear camera system consists of 50MP ultra-sensitive main camera that uses the core RYYB ultra-sensitive solution, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 2MP macro camera, a laser focus sensor, and a LED flashlight as well as a dual selfie camera.
As per the processor concern, the V40 5G is powered by Dimensity 1000+ processor and the device will run on Magic UI 4. The smartphone is backed with a 4000mAh battery and it supports 66W super-fast charging that charges 60% battery in just 15 minutes and the high model supports 50W fast wireless fast charging.
This smartphone also supports the new generation of GPU Turbo X optimized (The new generation of GPU Turbo X 10 can perform game logic processing + global optimization of rendering processing, exchange resources between CPU and GPU, and can also use AI model, intelligent perception adjustment).
