Huawei and Avita Technologies sign investment agreement
According to the latest inforamtion, the Chinese tech giant Huawei and Changan Automobile and Avita Investment and Prospect Company joined at the signing ceremony of the comprehensive strategic cooperation held in Chongqing.
Avita Technology will officially invest in Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., holding a 10% stake, and jointly support the company’s future development with Huawei.
At the signing ceremony, Zhu Huarong said: “Avita’s investment in Yinwang fully reflects Changan Automobile’s strategic intention. As Changan’s most important brand strategy carrier for innovation and progress, Avita represents the company’s high-end development direction. Changan supports Avita to become the first company to invest in Yinwang, in order to build it into the most vivid example of an ‘open platform for joint participation of the automotive industry’.”
Xu Zhijun said: “Avita is Huawei’s pioneering practice of helping automakers to ‘build good’ cars and ‘good cars’. This time Avita Technology’s investment in Yinwang and becoming a strategic investor of Yinwang is a key step for Huawei to build Yinwang into an open platform for intelligent automobile industry. In the future, Yinwang will continue to open equity to strategic partners and work together to promote the rise of the automobile industry and the comprehensive development of intelligence. At the same time, Yinwang will operate based on market principles in the future and provide products and services to all customers in accordance with the principles of fairness, openness and win-win.”

Huawei’s new product model “EDD-B39” passed the radio approval and CQC certification of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. Combined with the certification information, the new product is a smart watch that supports UWB ultra-wideband , Beidou short message and other functions.
Certification information shows that the watch is equipped with a charging base model CW03 , which is the same as the pre-installed charging base of Huawei WATCH 4.
