Duan Mengran, vice president of Huawei’s consumer business AI and smart full-scenario business department, shared the latest developments in the HarmonyOS ecosystem, released the HarmonyOS 2.0 mobile phone developer Beta3, brought 16000+ APIs, and focused on introducing the new species of lightweight application services, meta-services, and the capability of DevEco Studio, a development tool, has been upgraded.
Since the release of the HarmonyOS 2.0 mobile phone developer beta version on December 16, 2020, more than 300 application partners have joined the HarmonyOS ecosystem. The number of users of the HarmonyOS integrated development tool DevEco Studio has exceeded 150,000, and the number of HarmonyOS official documents has exceeded 5 million. The HarmonyOS Developer Innovation Competition has attracted more than 2,800 teams to register for the competition.
Representatives from HarmonyOS ecological partners such as China CITIC Bank Credit Card Center, Quanmin K Song, 139 Mailbox, and Yangchengtong introduced their brand new developments in financial management, audio-visual entertainment, mobile office, smart travel and other scenarios based on HarmonyOS meta-services.
With the support of the HarmonyOS meta-service, users will not need to download the CITIC Bank Credit Card App. They can quickly obtain coupons for payment with a touch of their mobile phones.
In addition to the innovative user experience, based on HarmonyOS, partners can also obtain more efficient conversions, richer entrances, and simpler development to help them succeed in business.
