At the starting this month (Sep. 2022), Huawei officially launched the Mate 50 Pro in China and now the company has listed it in the international market. The latest smartphone comes with a 50MP main camera with XMAGE imaging technology and a variable aperture.
Under the hood, the Mate 50 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Huawei used Kunlun Glass on top of the 6.74” OLED. The Mate 50 Pro also arrived with satellite connectivity in China, but that won’t be available on the global model.
As the device is listed in the international market so the Mate 50 Pro will be available with the EMUI 13 instead of HarmonyOS 3. The international markets will get Huawei Mate 50 Pro in Silver or Black with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage for €1,299. There is also a Leather Orange option with 8/512 GB memory and a €1,399 price tag.
The company has already cleared that we don’t have any release plan for the Mate 50, Mate 50E and Mate 50 RS in the international market.
