Huawei, CATL, and Changan Automobile have officially made an announcement to make a new EV brand. The three giants will launch a new EV under the newly created brand Avatr – its predecessor was Changan – NIO New Energy Automobile Technology Co., Ltd.
According to the information, a global brand Avatar will be released online at 20 o’clock on November 15th. The first model, the E11, will be equipped with three global leading smart electric connected car architectures (platforms) CHN (Changan C, Huawei H, CATL N), equipped with CATL battery technology, and also support Huawei’s HI smart car solution. The plan is to position a pure electric medium-sized SUV. According to previous reports, the length of the vehicle is about 4.8 meters, which can be regarded as a pure electric version of UNI-K.
