As per the latest report, Huawei is preparing to build a 760,000 square meter industrial park in the Longhua district. Recently, the Shenzhen-based firm won a bid for industrial land with a bid amount of 298 million yuan.
The whole project or building will cover an area of 763,600 square meters, the remaining 514,857.79 square meters are not planned to be used at the moment. This will be the company’s next innovative base. The actual purpose of purchasing this land has not become clear, although the company has received numerous subsidies to run its parallel business.
