[02-20] Huawei Mate 20 X (4G) getting EMUI 10.0.0.195 security update

Huawei has started rolling out a new EMUI 10 update to the Mate 20 X 4G smartphone users. The update includes version number EMUI 10.0.0.195 with 381 Mb size and February 2020 security patch. The latest version is rolling out in batches.
