Huawei Mate 9 receiving EMUI 9.1.0.275 update in Europe

Huawei Mate 9 smartphone users in Europe receiving the Smart Charge, Huawei Assistant, and May 2020 security update based on EMUI 9.1. This new update comes with a software version 9.1.0.275 and the size is 3.60GB. Before upgrading, make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection.

Huawei Assistant
Adds the HUAWEI Assistant app to the home screen, which provides you with smart reminders, personalized news, and other content relevant to you.

Smart Charging:

Reserves battery health by adapting to your charging routine. Charging may be paused to delay charging your device to 100% (Full) until you need it. Huawei Smart Charge Mode Protects the battery from aging during overnight charging.

Activate Smart Charge: Go to Settings > Battery > More battery settings > Smart Charge.

Security:
Integrated Android security patches released in May 2020 for improved system security.
