Huawei’s MatePad 11.5”S Smart Edition tablet is now getting the HarmonyOS 4.2.0.130 (C00E125R2P5) version update, which adds a multi-device task center function and the system package size is about 1.12GB.

A new cross-device task management function has been added. In the Task Center (accessed by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and pausing briefly), you can view and use historical tasks of devices with the same Huawei account (must support the Task Center), and perform management operations such as transferring tasks between devices.

Startup method
Log in to the same Huawei account on your phone and tablet, and turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Go to Settings → HyperTerminal → More HyperTerminal Settings → Multi-Device Task Center, and make sure the Multi-Device Task Center switch is turned on.
Function Usage
View remote tasks : Click the device icon at the top of the screen to view tasks on other devices. The task list on the remote device only displays tasks that support transfer.
