Integrates security patches released in December 2021 for improved system security.
Notes on updating:
1. Your personal data will not be deleted by the update. However, we recommend that you back up important data before updating.
2. If you encounter problems during the update, call the Huawei customer service line or visit a Huawei customer service center.
3. The update package will be automatically deleted when the update is complete.
If you haven’t received the update yet, but you don’t want to wait, you can also try to initiate the update. To do this, you have to use the My Huawei app (formerly support app). Here you would have to change the region of the app to China. To do this, go to Account – Settings – Country / Region – China in the bottom right of the My Huawei app. Don’t worry, the app will be in Chinese afterwards, but “Settings” and all regions will remain German, so you can easily switch back later.
Huawei MatePad 11 is powered with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, a 120Hz high refresh rate display, and the resolution is also increased to 2.5K. The Huawei MatePad 11 screen also supports DCI-P3 film-level color gamut display, has passed the dual certification of TUV Rheinland in low blue light/no flicker, and is equipped with a four-speaker module tuned by Harman Kardon. As Huawei’s first tablet that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, MatePad 11 has a smoother operating experience in scenes such as video, games, reading and sliding, and with the second-generation HUAWEI M-Pencil stylus, the delay is as low as 2ms.
As far as the operating system is concerned, the Huawei MatePad 11 comes pre-installed with HarmonyOS 2 system that supports multi-screen collaboration, wisdom, and more windows.
