Huawei Nova 7 and Nova 7 Pro 5G getting EMUI 11.0.0.149 update

Huawei launched its Nova 7 Series last April consisting of three new smartphones — Nova 7 5G, Nova 7 Pro 5G, and Nova 7 SE in China. All the three smartphones come in five color options — Midnight Black, Silver, Forest Green, Midsummer Purple, and Honey Red.

The Huawei Nove 7 Pro 5G comes with a 6.57-inch FHD+ OLED display with 1080×2340 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by Huawei’s own Kirin 985 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The device comes in two storage options — 128GB and 256GB.

It runs on the Android 10 operating system topped with EMUI 10.1. The dual SIM smartphone sports a quad-camera setup with 64MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.4 aperture, 8MP periscope camera with f/3.4 aperture, and 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front houses a dual selfie camera with a 32MP main sensor with f/2.0 aperture, 8MP 105° ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture.

Now, lets get back to the title, Huawei Nova 7 Series (Nova 7 and Nova 7 Pro) smartphone grabbing the system optimization as well as new download icons for Link now app. This update is rolling out with software version 11.0.0.149.

Huawei Nova 7 Pro 5G Specs:

Huawei Nova 7 Pro 5G features a 6.57-inch full-HD+ 1080×2,340 pixels OLED curved display. The smartphone is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 985 5G SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM. Internal storage is offered up to 256GB. The dual-SIM (Nano) Huawei Nova 7 Pro 5G runs on EMUI 10.1, based on Android 10.

About the camera concern, it has a 64-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.4 aperture, an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with f/3.4 aperture. The telephoto shooter offers 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, and 50x digital zoom. There is a last 2-megapixel macro camera as well, with f/2.4 aperture.

There is a 32-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter with f/2.2 aperture. The Huawei Nova 7 Pro 5G packs a 4,000mAh battery with 40W SuperCharge fast charging support.
