Huawei Nova 8 SE receiving January 2021 security update

Huawei has started sending a new software update to Huawei Nova 8 SE smartphone users in China with the latest software version 10.1.1.148/149. The Nova 8 SE getting the latest update brings January 2021 security update which provides fixes for 4 critical, 1 medium, and 25 high levels of CVEs.

The Huawei Nova 8 SE smartphone is available in the Chinese market with a price tag of 2599 CNY and 2699 CNY (there are two variants with different processors – Mediatek Dimensity 800U and Dimensity 720 ). Check the second EMUI 10.1 update changelog below.
