Huawei patents two smartphones with a pull-out display

According to the letsgodigital information, Huawei patents two smartphones with a pull-out display. This patent was approved on April 14, 2020 and has been included in the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) global design database.

As per the patent images, the design is similar to Mate XS, but this design includes a pull-out screen. There is a total of 26 patent images for both models.

The difference is that the model A keeps the same thickness when the screen is pulled out. When the model B expands the screen, the size of the device will also change. By pulling out the screen, Model A can increase the display area by about 30%, and Model B can increase the display area by about 50%.
