Huawei publishes patent for flexible screens, helping to enhance gaming experience
Huawei published a patent for “a display method and an electronic device with a flexible screen”, with the publication number CN112817470A.
The patent abstract shows that the application provides a display method and electronic device for an electronic device with a flexible screen. This application embodiment helps to improve the user’s gaming experience when playing games.
Display methods include:
- If the flexible screen is in the folded state, in response to the operation of opening the game application, the electronic device displays the interface of the game application through the first display interface;
- In response to the flexible screen transitioning from the folded state to the expanded state, the electronic device displays the interface of the game application in full screen on the flexible screen, and the interface of the game application in full screen on the flexible screen is the second display interface;
- The field of view of the first display interface in the first direction is the first field of view, the field of view of the second display interface in the first direction is the second field of view, and the first field of view is smaller than the second field of view.

Huawei officially announced the new FreeBuds Pro 4 headphones. This is the first TWS headset equipped with HarmonyOS NEXT and will be officially launched at the Huawei Mate Brand Festival on November 26.
