Avita Automotive officially announced that Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 3.0 has started upgrading and will be pushed in full on September 23.
Avita Auto started the internal testing of Huawei Qiankun ADS 3.0 Beta on August 4.
Huawei Qiankun ADS 3.0 adopts the GOD (General Obstacle Recognition) / PDP (Predictive Decision Control) end-to-end architecture, which can realize the NCA function of intelligent driving from parking space to parking space, and at the same time upgrade the CAS 3.0 omnidirectional collision avoidance system.
Huawei has previously introduced the omnidirectional collision avoidance system CAS 3.0 in detail, including forward active safety, lateral active safety, and rear active safety:
Forward active safety function: When an obstacle ahead is detected, the CAS equipped in HUAWEI ADS (Qiankun Intelligent Driving) supports braking at a maximum speed of 120km/h for a stationary vehicle.
Lateral active safety function: It can identify lateral objects such as drainage barriers, curbs, pedestrians, vehicles, etc., and avoid them laterally when there is a risk of collision, thereby enhancing driving safety.
Rear active safety function: can identify obstacles behind and actively brake to stop, including crossing vehicles, pedestrians, two-wheeled vehicles, etc.
