Back in 2019, Huawei launched its first wireless smart speaker, Huawei Sound X in China with Devialet. It uses a fully symmetrical aesthetic design, with a speaker size of 165mm (diameter) x 203mm (height) and a weight of 3.5kg. It packs 60W subwoofers and offers 360-degree surround sound experience.
Now according to the Weibo tipster, Digital Courage, Huawei and Devialet together could soon launch a new generation smart sound system, Huawei Sound X2. The leak doesn’t reveal any information regarding the specs and launch schedule of the upcoming smart speaker.
Huawei Sound X Specifications:
Thanks to Devialet’s Push-Push acoustic design (side-mounted drivers vibrating simultaneously and symmetrically, in order to cancel-out resonances), the 3.5-inch woofers are said to produce “massive vibrations,” bass that “hits as low as 40 Hz,” and “powerful punch” with minimized distortion, regardless of the volume.
