Huawei to launch a low-end version of the Mate 40 soon

Huawei launched its latest flagship smartphones the Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, Mate 40 Pro+, Mate 40 RS Porche Design, and the company has also introduced the Mate 30E Pro 5G smartphone packed with the Kirin 990E processor.

According to the new information, the Huawei Mate 40 series will also get a new family member named the Huawei Mate 40E. Last month, this smartphone under the model name OCE-AN00 has passed the wireless charging certification, and network access certification in China.

Recently, a tipster on Weibo discloses that Mate 40E was initially equipped with a 50MP IMX 700 main camera but due to a shortage of components, it will be now changed to a 64MP sensor. Additionally, it has been revealed that it will be featured with the OV64A sensor, a single-pixel size of 1um, support for four-in-one pixels up to 2um, three exposures, four-in-one HDR, on-chip combination, and the tone mapping function can provide stable and high-quality image output.

This smartphone Mate 40E comes with 6.5 inch OLED screen with 2376 x 1080p resolution, a processor with 2.86GHz frequency, and more. Also, this smartphone may bring Kirn 990 5G processor. However, an official confirmation on this phone is yet to come.
