Huawei Watch Ultimate HarmonyOS 4 firmware update is now available

Huawei has now started rolling out the April 2024 software update to the Watch Ultimate in Europe. As per the update changelog, the latest update is rolling out with the build number HarmonyOS 4 firmware update – CLB-B19 4.0.0.182.

This update introduces HarmonyOS 4 and delivers a completely new user experience with innovative features such as Activity Rings 2.0, a recent tasks screen, and seamless animations.

1. Introduces the all-new Activity Rings, which display three types of indices: Move, Exercise and Stand. Achieving the goals for all three rings ensures a healthier life.
2. Adds a recent tasks screen that you can access by pressing the top button twice in quick succession. There you can view, open, switch and close recently used apps. Also adds a quick return feature for certain background apps so you can instantly return to an app by simply tapping the mini icon at the top of the screen.
3. Allows you to view app names in the app grid. To zoom in, rotate the crown to view app names. Optimizes app icon zoom and swipe effects.
4. Organizes information into cards for more intuitive viewing and swipe control.
