Earlier, Huawei’s first Huawei smartwatch that can measure blood pressure passed the medical device registration test in May. This new watch is expected to be officially launched in the second half of the year.
According to Weibo tipster, Huawei’s first watch that supports blood pressure monitoring is scheduled to be released in November 2021 (next month). Huawei announced three new health studies at the club’s annual meeting in January, including hypertension management research, smart body temperature health research, and coronary heart disease screening research. Related research may be based on Huawei wearables in 2021.
In addition, Huawei’s blood pressure monitoring watch has already recruited users in September, requiring a waist circumference greater than 200mm and recruiting more than 20 people. It seems that progress is relatively smooth.
