Huawei’s first 5G tablet the MatePad Pro 5G launching on May 27

On May 26th, Huawei has officially announced that it will launch MatePad Pro 5G, the new member of the Mate series, on May 27th.

MatePad Pro 5G is Huawei ’s first 5G tablet, which is equipped with Kirin 990 5G Soc. The chip is built on the 7nm + EUV process. It integrates 5G Modem into Soc for the first time, adopts dual large core + micro core computing architecture, and three-level energy efficiency architecture CPU, performance, and energy efficiency have been greatly improved.

Huawei MatePad Pro 5G uses a 10.8-inch display with a resolution of 2560 × 1600, equipped with 8GB of memory, a rear 13 MP camera, a front 8 MP camera, and a battery capacity of 7250mAh.

The Huawei MatePad Pro 5G supports forward and reverse wireless charging. It supports 27W forward wireless charging, maximum of 7.5W reverse wireless charging, and can provide wireless power supply for mobile phones, headphones, and other devices.
