List of Unqualified EMUI 10 devices in March 2020

List of Huawei and Honor smartphones that are not eligible for the latest EMUI 10.0 update. The company has recently confirmed these devices are failed to match the requirements for the EMUI 10 update.

List of Unqualified/Ineligible EMUI 10 devices 2020:

• Honor 9 Lite
• Honor 9N
• Honor 8C
• Honor Play

Note: This list is official. If we get more smartphones confirmation, we will update it in the same list above. Stay tuned for more information.

For other smartphones EMUI 10 update check from your setting options, go to Settings -> ‘System’ -> ‘Software update’ ->‘Check for updates’ -> ‘Download and install’.

Or Check Via HiCare (Support) App:  HiCare app -> ‘Services’ -> ‘Update’ >‘Check for updates’ -> ‘Download and install’.
