In crossing several bridges of evolution the global smartphone operating system market has outputted Android decreasing its market share and iOS increasing in 2022. The high-end smartphone market is also more resilient than the mass market, which also helps Apple do well.
Adding more to that, Huawei’s HarmonyOS operating system accounted for 2% of the global smartphone operating system market and 8% of the Chinese market in the fourth quarter of 2022. This reflects certain changing environments but surely this will not bother the effort of the Chinese tech giant.
