According to the resumes published on Huawei’s official website, Xu Zhijun, Hu Houkun, and Guo Pingjun are Huawei’s vice-chairmen and rotating chairman, who joined Huawei in 1993, 1990, and 1988, respectively. Xu Wenwei is the current director of Huawei and the dean of the Strategic Research Institute. He joined Huawei’s R & D department in 1991 to lead the development of Huawei’s first-generation office program-controlled switches.

On December 30, 2019, high-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Huawei Enterprise Communication Technology Co., Ltd., had a change of director and supervisor, Guo Ping stepped down as legal representative and chairman, and Tian Xingpu took over; In addition, Meng Wanzhou withdrew from the director, Added director Pang Yunguang.

On November 22, 2019, a business change occurred in Beijing Huawei Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and Sun Yafang, Ren Zhengfei, Xu Wenwei, and Guo Pingping withdrew; Tian Xingpu took over as legal representative and chairman.
