The World’s First Tri-Fold Phone Has Been Spotted, Its HUAWEI!

In August 2024, Huawei CEO for Consumer Business Group, Yu Richard was seen using the upcoming tri-foldable phone. Now, Yu Richard has been spotted once again using the tri-foldable phone. This time around, the image showcases the device in the folded state. Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has hinted that it will debut along with several other Huawei products in September, 2024.

As per the leak details, the thickness is expected to be within 5mm when unfolded and around 15mm when folded. The rear camera uses a circular, cantered module, resembling the design of the Mate 50 series.

The phone has a unique design that folds inwards, outwards, and uses two hinges. It’s expected to have a 10-inch screen with a small camera on the left side. The device will run on the Kirin 9 series platform and might launch before the Mate 70, which is likely to come out later this year.

According to DCS, Huawei might host a big event in September in China. Besides revealing the world’s first tri-foldable phone, they could also announce other products like the Nova 13 series and the Huawei Watch GT 5 series, including a special Extraordinary Master Edition.
