Tsinghua and Huawei sign a cooperation agreement in the field of new electric vehicles

According to the Securities Times, the signing ceremony of the Huawei-Tsinghua New Energy Smart Networked Vehicles Cooperation was successfully held recently. The event was presided over by Li Shengbo, Deputy Dean of School of Vehicle and Transportation, Tsinghua University. At the event, the two parties signed three long-term scientific research cooperation agreements on cooperation in the field of new energy intelligent connected vehicles.

Dean Li Jianqiu said that the School of Vehicle and Transportation attaches great importance to the cooperation with Huawei. In recent years, Tsinghua University and Huawei have continuously deepened cooperation in the field of talent training and technological innovation.

Huawei does not build cars, but cooperates with other car companies to customize car solutions. For example, Huawei’s intelligent network connection solution can help urban road planning and traffic management through road digitization, and optimize traffic operation and management efficiency. Accelerate the realization of autonomous driving technology, drive the new four modernizations of the automobile industry, and restructure the automobile industry.

It is reported that Huawei’s intelligent network connection solution focuses on the construction of a collaborative end-to-end solution for the city’s “vehicle, road, cloud and network map”, and builds a “holographic perception, global connection, The intelligent networked solution of “global intelligence, cloud-side collaboration” highlights the business value of “smart cars, smart roads, and innovative cities”, and realizes the end-to-end overall scenario design, which uses standard technology to advance with the industry.
